At ModusModa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return your order under the terms below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Window
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Conditions for Returns
- Product condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made items, perishable goods, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pierced jewellery).

How to Start a Return
- Contact us: Email info@modusmoda.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
- Receive instructions: Our team will provide return instructions and a downloadable return form.
- Ship your item: Send the item to the return address below using a tracked service.

- Method: By mail only (no in-person returns).
- Return label: Customer responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Specific Scenarios
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Change of Mind
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not shipped. If it has shipped, please wait for delivery and follow the return process within 30 days.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Return postage is covered for approved faults.
Damaged in Transit
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover return postage where applicable.
Wrong Product Received
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
Item Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, first check our Shipping Policy and your tracking via our tracking page. If still unresolved, contact our team and we will investigate with the carrier.
