At ModusModa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return your order under the terms below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Email info@modusmoda.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back before contacting us.
 - Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a downloadable return form.
 - Ship Your Item: Send the item to the return address below using a tracked shipping service.
 
Conditions for Returns
- Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached.
 - Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns for custom-made items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pierced jewellery).
 
Return Method & Costs
- Method: Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-person returns.
 - Return Label & Cost: As per your Merchant Center settings, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for non-defective products (e.g., change of mind). If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, ModusModa will cover the return postage.
 - Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
 
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
 - Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours for transit damage) with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return postage.
Wrong Product Received
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you received an incorrect item. We will send the correct item and arrange for the return of the wrong product at no cost to you.
