Welcome to ModusModa! We’re committed to delivering your fashion pieces quickly and reliably across the United Kingdom.

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store. Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time, London)
  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 7 to 10 business days
  • Courier services: Royal Mail

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel here.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Place

  • Carriers may attempt delivery or deliver to a safe place/neighbor when available and suitable.
  • If a signature is required (rare), this will appear in the tracking details.
  • If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us (see “Failed Delivery & Return to Sender”).

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to change your address, email us at info@modusmoda.com within 24 hours or before the daily cut-off. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, adverse weather, peak season volumes, or public holidays.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact our support team, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items in a multi-item order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking information if applicable.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we’ll raise a trace with the carrier.
  • Missing items: Sometimes orders ship in separate parcels. Check tracking first; if still unresolved, contact us.

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll notify you by email.
  • We can reship to an updated address. Redelivery charges may apply if the original issue was not carrier-related.

Not at Home?

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery, the return shipping cost and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
